♡ DIRECTIONS

- Apply a layer of sparkly Hello Kitty Gel Couleur and then use your Magic Magnet Wand to create your desired look. Once satisfied, cure in an LED light for 30s. Finish with Top Gelcoat and you’re ready for a day of magic with Hello Kitty and Friends!
